Communicating Towards Success
On Thursday, November 7, the USG will be hosting an event titled “Communicating Towards Success."
The speakers will be the following Baruch faculty members:
Roy Johnson (Communication Studies)
Edward Malca (Economics and Finance)
Denise Patrick (Communication Studies)
David Sitt (Psychology)
Don Waisanen (Public Affairs)
Each will speak from his or her own perspective about how communication should be used as a tool towards success.
Examples of topics that the event will feature are: understanding “branding lifestyle”; the impact of the shift to tech-heavy
communication in the workplace; and the importance of interpersonal communication.
Please promote this event to your students and feel free to attend. We hope that this event not only will help teach students
the importance of communication, but can help bridge the gap between students and faculty.
This event is open to the entire Baruch Community.
