Dear Faculty Colleagues,
As you know, Baruch College moved this spring to an online system for Student Course and Faculty Evaluations. In accordance with the policy of the Board of Trustees of the City University, a report of the results of these evaluations will be placed in the personal file of all members of the teaching faculty.
As for making evaluation results available more widely: faculty will have the same “opt-out” ability as in fall 2013—using the survey form linked below, you may ask us not to make the results of the evaluations available to students and other members of the Baruch community. If you do not submit a form, the data will be published. Please note that you would need to submit this form for each course for which you not want the results to be available.
All of the responses will be chosen from drop-down menus. If you do not see your name or course information among those choices, please notify the Testing and Evaluation Center at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The deadline for submitting forms regarding spring 2014 course evaluations is June 13, 2014.
