Dear Spring 2017 Faculty:
The certification of attendance period for the Spring 2017 term began on Monday, February 6, 2017 (12:01am) and continues through Sunday, February 19, 2017 (11:59pm).
During the certification of attendance process you are required to verify that all students listed are actually attending your class. The roster contains officially enrolled students for the course and the default value for the attendance radio button is “Yes, attended." For any student, who has never attended a class and there is no documented evidence of the student’s participation in the course (such as a completed assignment), select the “No, never attended” radio button.
Certification of attendance roster is a mandatory CUNY requirement. It is vital that rosters be certified for each one of the course offerings as it affects compliance with federal regulations and students receiving financial aid.
Students attending your course who do not appear on your roster, should be sent to the Registrar’s Office; Library Building, Room 850
