From: Keri Bertino, Director, Baruch College Writing Center
Dear Members of the Faculty:
The Lexington Review publishes research, scholarship, and creative work by Baruch College undergraduate and graduate students in order to foster a community of writers, readers, students, researchers, and teachers. We welcome writing from any discipline, and are especially interested in student work that facilitates teaching and learning. In other words, it doesn't have to be perfect—it just needs to be something that other students could learn something from. We're eager to publish work in all disciplines.
If you'd like to help improve student writing in your classes, and have one or two pieces that you think would help other students understand what you're looking for, send them to us! You can use them in your classroom, and we'll use them in the Writing Center to help other students understand the expectations of and approaches to college writing.
Please email your nominations to LexingtonReview@baruch.cuny.edu in whatever form you have it. Please include the student's name and email address, if available. Submissions are always welcome, and we'll work through them on a rolling basis.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
With warmest wishes,
Director, Baruch College Writing Center
