This reminder is sent to you at the request of the Faculty Senate and of a number of students and faculty who are distressed at the problems created when final examinations are not given during the period scheduled for those examinations.
To help you plan this semester’s courses, this is a reminder that the final examination period for this year extends from Friday Dec. 14 to Friday Dec. 21, 2012.
It is especially noted that final examinations should not be given during regularly scheduled classes: this prohibition includes the last class periods of the semester.

Please note that the Newman Vertical Campus building is booked solid, both in the day and evening for Fall ‘12 semester. Any room change requests must be approved by your department chair, and then forwarded to the Dean's office for possible approval.
