WebGrade will be available until 11:59 p.m. Monday, January 2 for Fall 2011 classes.
Your attention to this deadline is both appreciated and important!
- We need these grades to confer degrees.
- Students on probation may not register for spring until their grades have been entered.
- Some of your courses are pre-requisites for spring courses.
Late submission of grades may affect a student's ability to register for classes the following semester or to complete graduation certification. Failure to enter your grades on time will cause great inconvenience to the students as well as to you (you will need to input your grades in person at the Registrar's Office).
What is WebGrade?
WebGrade is Baruch’s on-line grading system that allows you to submit final grades on-line without coming to our office. WebGrade may be accessed from any Internet-accessible computer using a standard web browser. Once grades are submitted, they are automatically sent to students via e-mail and loaded within a few hours to the Student Information system (SIMS/BOSS).
To gain access to WebGrade, please review the information at: http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/registrar/webgrade. Please also view the introductory web tutorial.
Please enter grades according to the grading policy for your course. The Grading Index Policy is available with a click of the mouse on your web roster. Please do not assign “P” grades for students who tell you that they are taking a class pass/fail: assign the letter grade they deserve and the system will automatically apply the P if the grade is A-D (undergrad).
Should you encounter technical problems while using the WebGrade system, please contact the Computing and Technology Help Desk at 646-312-1010.
Questions regarding grading policies should be directed to Beverley King at Beverley.King@baruch.cuny.edu.
Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
