Linda Allen is the William F. Aldinger Chaired Professor in Banking and Finance at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. She is available to comment on the following topics:
— Risk management (systemic risk, credit risk and operational risk)
— Bank regulation (the shadow banking system, international Basel capital requirements)
— Management of financial institutions (executive compensation clawback, insider trading)
Beyond her work at Baruch, Allen is an Associate Editor for the Journal of International Business Studies, the Journal of Economics and Business, the Multinational Finance Journal, the Journal of Multinational Financial Management, and The Financier.
Allen is the co-author of Credit Risk Management In and Out of Crisis, John Wiley and Sons (2010), as well as many other books and academic articles.
Allen graduated with a B.A. in 1975 from Queens College and a Ph. D. in 1984 from New York University.
