Greg Chen is an Associate Professor at the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College and has taught classes on budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis. He is available to comment on the following topics:

Before he came to Baruch, Chen has been an Instructor and Associate Dean of the College of WISCO in Wuhan China. His non-academic experience includes British Columbia’s Ministry of Finance, Crown Agencies Secretariat under Office of the Premier, Ministry of Transportation and Highways, and BC Insurance Corporation in Canada.
Chen’s work has appeared in the Journal Accident Analysis and Prevention journal and the Journal of Traffic Medicine.
Chen earned his M.Eng. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing in China, and an M.A.in Education Administration and Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Victoria, in British Columbia, Canada.
