Elliot Axelrod is a Professor and Chairperson of the Department of Law at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. He teaches undergraduate, graduate and honors law courses.

Beyond his work at Baruch, Axelrod has worked with the Academy of Legal Studies in Business, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and as a New York State Court Appointed Evaluator, Receiver and Guardian Ad Litem.
Axelrod’s work has been featured in numerous publications including the Lincoln University Law Review, University of Dayton Law Review, Oklahoma Law Review, and Vermont Law Review.
He graduated with a B.S. in 1964 from New York University, and a J.D. from New York Law School.
