Erin Eatough is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Baruch College where she teaches Introduction to Psychology and Occupational Health Psychology.

Her current research focuses on the daily experience of work stressors and how such experiences can threaten an employee's sense of professional identity.
Eatough has published work in academic journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Applied Ergonomics.
She is a member of several organizations, including the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology, the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association and others.
Dr. Eatough received a master’s degree and Ph. D. in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Florida.
