Debbie Kaminer is a Professor of Law in the Zicklin School of Business. She entered academia after working as an attorney for both IBM and a national civil rights organization. She is available to comment on:

Professor Kaminer has been published in numerous law journals, including the American University Law Review, the Berkeley Journal of Employment & Labor Law, the New York University Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, the Stanford Law & Policy Review and the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. She has also published a number of articles in the New York Law Journal and the National Law Journal.
Professor Kaminer has twice won the Zicklin School of Business Teaching Excellence Award. In addition to her academic and professional writing endeavors, she serves as an arbitrator for FINRA.
Professor Kaminer received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.CONTACTS:
