Baruch College's Accounting Programs Ranked Among Top 50 in Public Accounting Report's 34th Annual Professors Survey



NEW YORK, NY- August 31, 2015 -- Baruch College’s undergraduate and graduate accounting programs are ranked among the Top 50 in the United States, according to the Public Accounting Report (PAR) 34th Annual Professors Survey 2015 released in August.

PAR’s Annual Professors Survey is the nation’s only survey that allows accounting professors to rank the nation’s best accounting programs, and to share their views with accounting firms about campus recruiting. Nearly 1,000 accounting professors at approximately 200 U.S. colleges and universities participated in the 2015 survey - the largest response rate in the survey’s history.

In the PAR, Baruch College ranked in the following categories:

  • #50 - “Top 50 Undergraduate Programs”
  • #48 - “Top 50 Masters Programs”
  • #25 - “Top 25 Undergraduate Rankings of Schools with 22+ Full-time Accounting Faculty”
  • #24 - “Top 25 Masters Rankings of Schools with 22+ Full-time Accounting Faculty”

The Stan Ross Department of Accountancy in the Zicklin School of Business offers accounting and taxation programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including Ph.D. in accounting.
