Baruch College Excellence Awards
I am pleased to announce the call for nominations for the 2017 Annual Baruch College Excellence Awards to recognize outstanding performance by our employees. Last year, we proudly presented awards to:
The Baruch College Excellence Awards are in alignment with the College’s Strategic Plan and our ongoing commitment to Institutional Effectiveness.
All full-time, non-faculty employees with at least three years of service as of Friday, March 31, are eligible for this award. Any member of the Baruch community may submit a nomination. The nomination form, the nomination support form, a full description of the criteria and guidance for nominations can be found on the Office of Human Resources website. Paper copies of the nomination form will be available at the Office of Human Resources and the Security Offices on campus.
Nominators are also responsible for requesting additional references for their candidate. Colleagues who serve as references must submit the nomination support form on their own. Forms can be submitted via fax to 646-660-6591, email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or dropped off in hard copy to the Office of Human Resources (Box D-0202) by Friday, March 24, 2017.
You may nominate an individual or a team/workgroup for any of the following five categories:
The awards, which include a monetary prize to each awardee, will be presented at the Employee Service Recognition Reception on Friday, April 28, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Sandra and Lawrence Simon Conference Center Room (14-220) in the William and Anita Newman Vertical Campus Building.
