The New York Jets

• The New York Jets, founded in 1960, are a National Football League (NFL) team based in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
• The Jets moved from Shea Stadium in Queens, New York City to the Giants Stadium in East Rutherford in 1984. A new stadium was built and opened in 2010.
• The New York Jets won Superbowl III in 1969, with a score of 16-7 against the Baltimore Colts.
• The Jets have won 5 Divisional Championships, the most recent being in 2009. 
• They have also had 14 Playoff appearances since their inception, the most recent being in 2010.
