The New York Giants, founded in 1925, are a National Football League (NFL) team originating in New York City, but based in New Jersey. The Giants moved from Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York City to Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey in 1976. The New York Giants won the Superbowl in 1986, 1990 and 2007. They have been NFL Championship winners seven times and Eastern Division Championship winners 15 times. They have also played in 30 play-off rounds, the most recent being 2008.
