  2. Charter Flights - Total takeoffs and landings of unscheduled revenue flights.
  3. Cargo Flights - Total takeoffs and landings of all-cargo or freighter aircraft.
  4. Commuter Regional Carrier Flights - Total take-offs and landings of flight services provided by an air carrier using aircraft with seating capacity of seventy or less.
  5. Non-Revenue Flights - Takeoffs and landings usually associated with flight testing, maintenance, or repositioning for scheduling purposes.
  6. "Other" includes Air Taxi, Business & Private, Government and Helicopters.
