Critical Objectives

	Increase street and sidewalk cleanliness and the number of cleaned vacant lots. Clear snow from City streets and roadways. Collect and dispose of household and institutional refuse. Remove and process recyclable materials. Minimize the environmental impact of waste transfer stations on City neighborhoods and residents.
