The NYSE Euronext is the world's largest and most liquid exchange group. It was launched in April of 2007, after the NYSE Group Inc. merged with Euronext N.V.

NYSE Euronext comprises six cash equities exchanges in five countries and six derivatives exchanges.

As of December 31, 2007 it has nearly 4,000 listed companies with total global market capitalization of $30.5 trillion.

NYSE Euronext offers various financial products and services for issuers, investors and financial institutions in cash equities, derivatives, options, ETFs, bonds, market data and commercial technology solutions.
