Baruch College Moves Up Quants And Poets Ranking Among Top U.S. MBA Programs

New York, NY, December 8, 2011 Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business jumped 31 spots (from #100 to #69), in the Poets and Quants ranking of the Top U.S. MBA Programs.

The second annual Poets and Quants list is a composite of the five major MBA rankings published by Bloomberg BusinessWeek, The Economist, The Financial Times, Forbes, and U.S. News & World Report. The ranking measures quantitative and qualitative data captured in the five major lists, from surveys of corporate recruiters, MBA graduates, deans and faculty publication records to median GPA and GMAT scores of entering students as well as the salary and employment statistics of the latest graduating class.

The largest accredited collegiate school of business in the United States, Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business has earned a national and international reputation for excellence. Zicklin faculty include internationally recognized authorities in business and management fields, noted scholars and authors, sought after consultants, and master teachers.

The Zicklin School of Business was ranked along with New York University (Stern), which dropped three spots to #15; Rutgers University (down one spot to #62); Fordham University (down two spots to #75); and Hofstra University (down 14 spots to #81).
