Baruch will host "Chris Washburne and SYOTOS" as part of the 11th Annual Milt Hinton Jazz Perspectives concert series. The performance will start at 1 p.m. in the lobby of Baruch's Newman Vertical Campus at 55 Lexington Avenue.

THE CONCERT IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND BARUCH STUDENTS, FACULTY AND ADMINISTRATION.

Committee - Is funded by Student Development.

Chris Washburne has performed with many of the world's leading jazz (and Latin-jazz) musicians, including Tito Puente, Eddie Palmieri, Gloria Estefan, Celine Dion, Celia Cruz, Ruben Blades, the Duke Ellington Orchestra, and the Maria Schneider Big Band. He is also the leader of SYOTOS which has released several CDs. Washburne also teaches music at Columbia University.
