John Mollenkopf of the Center for Urban Research at CUNY's Graduate Center;
Cesar Perales, President, Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund;
Andrea Quarantillo, District Director, US Citizenship and Immigration Services; and
Allan Wernick, professor of law at Baruch and director of the CUNY Citizenship and Immigration Project.
