The University of Amsterdam (UvA) is a modern university with a rich history that traces its roots back to 1632. Today, with more than 30,000 students and 250 academic degree programs, UvA is one of Europe's most prestigious and comprehensive universities.

The University of Amsterdam (UvA) provides an opportunity for study abroad for undergraduate and graduate Baruch students. Study in English in the Netherlands capital through the Baruch/Amsterdam Exchange. Starting in Summer 2017, Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs undergraduate and graduate students have the ability to apply to attend a 3-4 week Summer School at the UvA in the areas of humanities, urban studies, political science and social sciences.
