Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) offers Brazilian Seminars - an international summer school which provides students, young scholars and international administrators with the opportunity to deepen their knowledge about Brazil. It’s an interdisciplinary program meant to give a broad perspective of Brazilian issues which are currently in the global scenario. The program consists of 48 hours of lectures and off-class activities that offer a panorama on Brazil’s different aspects, ranging from politics to environmental issues, from culture to public health.

Course dates: July 13 – July 28, 2017
*There is an optional Portuguese survival language course from July 10 – July 13 for an additional fee
Accommodation: Availability for housing/Brazilian Homestay is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.
