  - the participant has a Bloomberg Anywhere account
  - the participant is a faculty member at an accredited institution of learning
  - the participant is currently enrolled as a student at a university
• Partner: $1,295. To qualify for this rate, one of the following must apply
  - the participant is a member of one of our partner organizations: NYSSA, SQA, MathFinance, FIASI, QWAFAFEW, and Quantnet.org
  - the participant is entitled to use a shared Bloomberg account
  - the participant has a MATLAB license
