Some Businesses That Have Benefited from the Field Center
The Florist, the Baker, the Countertop Maker…

Dawn Casale, proprietor of One Girl Cookies, is a longtime client of the Field Center. Casale was already in the high-end, handmade cookie business when she first came to the Field Center. The center showed her how to grow and manage her business more effectively.

The Field Center helped Kevin Estaban establish Gotham Gardens, a retail flower shop. An NYU graduate with no business background, Estaban learned how to create a business plan and apply for financing. Later, the center helped him obtain additional SBA funds.

Joseph Guido is the principal of Foro Marble Company, which creates custom-made items. His company faced bankruptcy following the events of 9/11. The Field Center helped him apply for federal loans that saved 22 jobs.
