Addiction Services under Gordon Chase; the decentralization of
management and services;
comparative perspectives on all the mayoral administrations from Lindsay
to Bloomberg; and future management challenges.
Participants include: Ken Auletta; Stanley Brezenoff; Herb Elish; Lew
Feldstein; Jim Kagen; Joan Leiman; Bob Newman; Norman Steisel; Joe
Viteritti; and others.
