    • View due dates and times, renew loans, and place hold requests for books in the catalog.
  • Borrowing Privileges
    • Your library card is your Baruch ID card. Validate it at the circulation desk.
    • Use the self-check machine on the 2nd floor to check out books.
    • Loan periods for books:

      • CUNY undergraduate students: 4 weeks
      • CUNY graduate students: 6 weeks
      • CUNY doctoral students: 8 weeks
      • Baruch faculty: 16 weeks
      • CUNY faculty: 8 weeks
      • CUNY staff: 4 weeks
      • Baruch alumni: 3 weeks
      • Baruch CAPS faculty: 3 weeks
      • Baruch CAPS students (certificate programs only): 3 weeks
      • Baruch courtesy card patrons: 3 weeks
      • Baruch College Campus High School: 3 weeks
  • Reserves
    • Check out high-demand items such as textbooks for 2 hours.
  • E-Reserves
    • Online access to course materials (articles, book chapters, etc.) that your professor asked us to make available.
  • Renew
    • Extend the due date for books you have checked out.
  • Fines, Fees, and Policies
    • Learn about overdue fines, lost material fees, and policies.
