Schedule of Meetings and Submissions Deadlines
Submitting Human Subjects Protocols Requiring Full IRB review
If you are planning to submit a protocol requiring the full committee’s review (FULL IRB), you must contact Keisha Peterson immediately and submit 8 hard copies of your protocol (including all materials included in your application).
All submissions must be received by the IRB no later than 4:30pm on the submission deadlines.
Exceptions to these deadlines cannot be granted.

- January 11 - For January 24 Meeting
- February 15 - For February 28 Meeting
- March 7 - For March 20 Meeting
- March 28 - For April 10 Meeting
- April 25 - For May 8 Meeting
- June 6 - For June 19 Meeting
- June 27 - For July 10 Meeting
NOTE: These dates refer to applications requiring full review. Applications that require exempt or expedited reviews can be submitted to the IRB at any time.
