New Application Submission Requirements
Beginning September 1, 2008 all PI's will be required to submit the following documents with every IRB Application (new, continuing review, or amendment):
- Researchers must include CITI certificates for all key personnel with every application.
- PI’s must submit one signed copy of application for IRB review.
- Nine application copies should be submitted for Full Review
