MBA in Real Estate

Graduates of the MBA with a major in real estate will gain proficiency in core business education and in a concentrated program of specially designed real estate courses. The curriculum will prepare students for management jobs on Wall Street and in real estate related firms. Graduates will be excellently situated to begin careers in this arena and will be positioned for long-term career development and advancement.

Choose three courses from:
ECO 9774 Economics of Urban Areas* 3 credits
PAF 9136 Urban Economic Development* 3 credits
RES 9790 Law of Real Estate Transactions and Land Use Regulations (LAW 9790) 3 credits
RES 9800 Real Estate Valuation and Market Analysis 3 credits
RES 9850 Real Estate Capital Markets 3 credits
RES 9900 Advanced Real Estate Investment Analysis 3 credits

*Students can take either ECO 9774 or PAF 9136 to fulfill the major requirement, but not both.

Note: Students are not limited to taking only four courses in their major and may use their nine general elective credits to take additional courses if they wish.
