Venture for America Fellowships
Venture for America will recruit the best and brightest college grads to work for two years at emerging start-ups and early-stage companies in lower-cost cities (e.g., Detroit, Providence, New Orleans). Modeled after Teach for America, Venture for America will provide a path for entrepreneurship to college grads who want to learn how to build companies and create jobs. Fellows receive a full salary plus comprehensive health benefits. Fellows are fully employed by their host company and receive benefits through their employer. Each Fellow earns a salary between $32,000 - $40,000/year depending on placement city. All Fellowship programs and benefits are provided at no charge.
Award / Eligibility Details:
Candidates must have received a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university before the start of the fellowship orientation program. You must have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.00 scale at the time of graduation. Venture for America may only accept US citizens, nationals, or legal permanent residents for admission into the program.
