The Baruch College Adjunct Faculty Handbook
Office/Workspace
Last updated on 7/1/2010
Your office or on campus workspace can be used to meet with students, prepare for class, and work on course/teaching related tasks.
Your
workspace at Baruch will likely be a cubicle, which
will be shared by one or more adjunct colleagues. This is where your phone is located. Other features include a locked desk and cabinet(s) for papers and
other materials. You'll need a key to access these locked compartments
and either your Baruch ID or a key to enter your work area. Depending on respective schedules, you may never run into those with whom you share the space. Therefore, common courtesy and communication apply when utilizing this joint space.
*Your department secretary can help with
keys and space issues.
See Keys/Cards and Telephone for more information.
