The mission of Human Resources is to provide quality services and support in employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations and training, and to serve as a source of information and expertise that provides superior customer service for all employees.
To accomplish this mission, Human Resources will develop, implement, and support programs and processes which add value to Baruch College and faculty and staff who are committed to providing a quality education to its diverse student body.
