Annual Inventory of Off-Campus Equipment

For the College’s annual inventory of off-campus equipment, all assets must be inventoried and accounted for by the Property Management unit.

Members of the faculty or staff who are in possession of College equipment off-campus, should download and complete the Off-Campus Equipment Confirmation form available here.

Please forward the completed form via fax, email, or mail to the Property Manager listed below.
