Room Rates and Associated Costs for Events



List includes rooms commonly used as rental space. Rates for other rooms can be requested thorugh Administration and Finance.

The following discounted rates apply to Government and Non-Profit Agencies. In order to qualify for these rates, proof of non-profit and/or tax exempt status must be provided.

Basic Usage
  • Rates are based on an 8 hour event; fees for additional hours applicable.
  • All administrative services and custodial labor are included.
  • Proof of $2 million liability insurance must be provided per contract terms.
  • Capacity may vary depending on setup and function.
  • Classrooms will be charged based on availability and size.
  • Additional costs for A/V equipment and services as noted below. 
Additional Costs
  • Basic A/V equipment and audiovisual set-up fees start at $250.00 and up.
  • Dedicated A/V technician @ $65/per hour.
  • Based on the complexity of the event, additional staff coverage costs may be necessary; i.e., Public Safety, Custodians, Electricians, Mechanical Engineers.
  • Catering services to be contracted independently by the client.
