Baruch College to Host Seminar on Ethics and Accountability with Yale Law's Constance Bagley

NEW YORK, NY - November 12, 2015 -  The Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity at Baruch College welcomes Constance Bagley as the Fall 2015 speaker in the HSBC Student Series on Ethics and Accountability.

Constance Bagley is the Senior Research Scholar at Yale Law School. She will lead an interactive discussion on decision making and corporate ethics.

Bagley was a Professor in the Practice of Law and Management at the Yale School of Management, an Associate Professor at the Harvard Business School, and a Senior Lecturer in Law and Management at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining the Stanford faculty, she was a corporate securities partner in the San Francisco office of Bingham McCutchen. She received an honorary doctorate in economics from Lund University in 2011 in recognition of her pioneering work on law and management, and she received the Senior Faculty Award of Excellence from the Academy of Legal Studies in Business in 2006 and an Excellence in Teaching awards from the Yale School of Management in 2013 and 2009. She is the author of Managers and the Legal Environment: Strategies for the 21st Century, and with Craig A. Dauchy the co-author of The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Business Law.
