Marc Goldstein

Marc Goldstein was named CEO of GroupM North American in February, 2007.  In that role he is responsible for overseeing general management as well as strategic and administrative activities at each of the company's four operating units –Maxus, Mediaedge:cia, MediaCom and Mindshare.  His responsibilities also cover group development, synergies across all four agencies, and financial performance.  Before his GroupM role,  Marc  served as President -CEO of Mindshare North America from April 2002 with responsibility for all Mindshare activities in the 10 U.S. cities and Canada.  During his tenure as CEO, the agency was twice named Adweek’s “Agency of the Year.”  He joined Mindshare  North America as President, National Broadcasting and Programming in November 2000.

 

Timothy Cecere

Tim Cecereis the Managing Partner, Human Resources Director of GroupM, North America (3,500 staff, $1 billion revenue)

Tim began his career with the New York Times in 1983, as an HR Generalist where he learned the newspaper and classified advertising business. He then moved to an HR Manager position at Newsweek Magazine from 1987 to 1989, and became familiar with the magazine and specialized print advertising industry. In 1989, Tim went to Ogilvy & Mather, a full service Advertising Agency where he spent the next 11 years. In 2000, Tim transferred to GroupMNorth America, where he is currently the Human Resources Director. Tim focuses his attention on the development and strategic positioning of HR in alignment with the media agency and the talent across GroupM .
