The Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management of the School of Public Affairs presents the seminar "Capacity Building in Times of Financial Stress."

A panel of non-profit executives addresses the following three questions during the seminar: 1. what does capacity building mean in this kind of financial times? How do you think strategically while you deal with staff, organizational structure as well as financial constrains and cut-backs? 2. What is the decision-making process that you go through? 3. How do you engage your organization in the process you're going through? Panelists include: Diane Arneth, Executive Director, Community Health Action of Staten Island; Richard R. Buery, Jr., Executive Director and Co-Founder, Groundwork; and Barbara L. Krasne, Co-Founder, KrasnePlows. A Q & A session follows.

James Krauskopf, Director of the Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management, introduces the speakers.
