The Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management of the School of Public Affairs presents the seminar "Nonprofit Workforce for the 21st Century."

Ami Dar, Executive Director & Founder, Idealist.org, makes the keynote address. A panel discussion is moderated by Jennifer Jones Austin, Senior Vice President, Community Investment, United Way of NYC. Panelists are: Thomas Kamber, Executive Director, Older Adult Technology Services (OATS); Susan MacEachron, Acting Executive Director, ReServe; and Gary Bagley, Associate Executive Director, New York Cares. The speakers answer the questions from the moderator and the audience.

The event is co-sponsored by Baruch College School of Public Affairs, American Humanics, Older Adults Technology Services (OATS), United Way of NYC, ReServe, and Idealist.org.

David Birdsell, Dean, School of Public Affairs, gives the welcoming remarks. James Krauskopf, Director of the Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management, moderates the event.

The event takes place on October 7, 2008, at the Newman conference Center, Room 750.
