The Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management of the School of Public Affairs presents the seminar "Mergers and Acquisitions In a Nonprofit Context".

Michael Rochford, Executive Director, St. Nicholas Neighborhood Preservation Corporation, and Stephan Russo, Executive Director, Goddard Riverside Community Center discuss their organizations' strategic alliances with merger partners. Other speakers include Barbara Krasne, Co-founder, KrasnePlows; David M. LaGreca, Principal, The LaGreca Company; and Linda S. Manley, Legal Director, Lawyers Alliance for New York.

David Birdsell, Dean, School of Public Affairs, gives the opening remarks. James Krauskopf, Director of the Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management, introduces the speakers.

The event takes place on May 24, 2007 at the Newman Conference Center, Room 750.
