Description:
Friends of the Newman Library and the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health (PCMH) sponsor the third annual Evening in the Oak Room to celebrate the affiliation of the PCMH with the Newman Library.

The event features a reading by Danielle Ofri followed by a dialogue with the audience led by psychoanalyst and author Dale Mendell, PhD.

Dr. Ofri, an attending physician at Bellevue and editor-in-chief of the Bellevue Literary Review, reads a chapter from her book Singular Intimacies: Becoming a Doctor at Bellevue.
