How to obtain the CUNY Proficiency Examination
In order to take the CPE in October, you will require an appointment ticket as well as the Reading Selection A for the Fall 2009. If you are registered for Fall 2009 classes and meet the CPE eligibility requirements, you will receive the testing materials by postal mail. You will also receive CPE information via your Baruch web-mail. CPE registration will also be conducted at the campus Office of Testing and Evaluation during the period September 14th – October 1st. The office is located in the Vertical Campus (One Bernard Baruch Way at 55 Lexington Avenue), Room 5-220, and the telephone number is 646-312-4305.
During the registration period the office will be open Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
