Environmental Health, Safety, and Risk Management

Mission

The office of Environmental Health, Safety and Risk Management (EHSRM) (Fran Erlitz, Director) strives to provide a healthy and safe environment at Baruch College through the cooperative efforts of the entire College community.  This is accomplished through various initiatives and programs the office oversees using federal, state and city regulations as guidelines pertaining to environmental and occupational health and safety issues.

EHS achieves this though facility audits and investigations, training programs and other means to identify and educate the College Community on EPA and OSHA/PESH issues.
