All employees that handle or come into contact with hazardous materials as part of their normal work duties is required to have Hazard Communication training. This training consists of identifying the chemical hazards the employee works with, and training them on proper handling, individual protection and disposal of these materials.
All departments handling hazards are trained which include: Buildings and Grounds, Natural Sciences, Public Safety to name a few.
