Admission Requirements![]()
Students admitted to the Program must meet the following requirements:
- Fall 2008 junior status with a graduation date of January, June or August 2010
- Minimum GPA 3.5 or higher*
- Passion for finance and motivation to succeed in a front-office finance career
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Superb quantitative and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong commitment to community service and giving back
- All majors can apply
*Transfer students must have attended Baruch College for at least one semester with a minimum Baruch GPA of 3.5 to be considered. Grades from previous institutions will not be accepted. If this is your first semester at Baruch, you may apply to the Program with the understanding that your admission will be contingent upon your GPA at the end of your current semester. All students accepted into the Program must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 in order to graduate from WSCP.
Application Process![]()
Students are selected through a vigorous application process which includes essays and interviews by a committee of professionals including a retired Wall Street executive.
Submission Procedure:
- Download and complete the application form: Wall Street Careers Program Application
- Attach the completed application form along with your resume, essays and unofficial transcript and deliver all documents to the Starr Career Development Center in NVC 2-150 no later than 5PM EST Monday, April 21, 2008
Please check back in March 2009 for our next recruiting deadline. - Finalists will be invited to an in-person interview with the selection committee
- Decisions will be announced in the week of June 1, 2008
