This course will provide students with a broad overview of the world of real estate investing and its place in the overall economy. Students will learn about the many economic factors that influence the real estate market including, availability and types of spaces, options for funding, and the effect outside economic conditions have on the environment for income producing real estate investments.

Coworking provides a collaborative space where you can meet other student entrepreneurs, talk with professors, and discuss ideas with peers. 
There is no set structure, so you can come and go as you please. Also can be used as an informal place to spend time or work on your business idea.

AIESEC Baruch will be having their Outgoing Preparation Seminar to prepare students to go abroad on exchange. People attending this event are those who are ready to go abroad and have questions about the guidelines of international travels. Students who are planning to go abroad are required to have an Outgoing Preparation Seminar. This seminar will be delivering sessions on Culture Shock, International Health Care, Cultural Adjustment, Personal Finances and more. Students and their exchange managers, who are AIESEC members, will discuss the difficulties of going abroad and the positives of having a global perspective.
