Event Description
Students will learn about the language of operation of the 1031: Replacement property, Relinquished property, Two-party swap, Simultaneous transactions, Deferred exchange, Reverse exchange, “Basis” & the transaction, requirements, time considerations, property choices, and fair market Value. Additional Topics include: 1031 intermediary credentials - “then” and “now”, Practical Considerations of doing a 1031, making the 1031 work for you, and the 1031 in your future.
