Event Description
Value is at the heart of every real estate transaction from determining construction costs of affordable housing, to obtaining mortgage financing for commercial properties, to calculating real property tax on a farm. Students and real estate professionals seeking a better understanding of the valuation process will benefit by taking this seminar. This seminar will also briefly examine the requirements for each appraiser license category in New York State and introduce essential appraisal courses.
