Suzanne Ortner, Clarinet and Tom Roberts, Piano describe their music as a marriage between Klezmer and Harlem Stride. The duo (who are married) has produced an innovative fusion of the lively, traditional instrumental music of the Eastern European Jews and the acrobatic Harlem Stride Piano of the Early Jazz Era.
