WebMail Over Quota: Can't Delete E-mails

You are over your WebMail quota, which is 15 megabytes.

To resolve this problem, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the following website: http://mail2web.com
2. In the middle of the web page, choose Advanced Login
3. Complete all four fields with the following information:

   Server name or IP address:	webmail.baruch.cuny.edu
   User ID or Login name:	Student’s Baruch Username
   Password:	Student’s Password
   Mail Protocol:	IMAP 4

                              
4. Click Check Mail
5. Once you login, you can navigate between the Inbox, Sent and Trash folders.
6. Delete all unnecessary e-mails especially within the Trash and Sent folders.
7. Once you get below the 5 megabyte quota, you can then use WebMail.
